Welcome to The HomeOwner Times website. The HomeOwner Times newspaper is published by Tech-Connected, Inc. (TCI) which has proudly been serving Texans since 1990. Before the Internet boom, TCI published Connected magazine which provided computer users with important information about the computers they were using and how these computers interfaced into cyberspace. With over 250,000 monthly readers and seperate issues published monthly in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio we now feel fortunate to have found a similar cause...connecting homeowners with the community they live in.
